How to Order

*acct type refers to bank account type such as savings or current account.

(2) Note that ifave do not allow reservation of items via email request.

(3) For successful orders with payment made,  ifave's order and invoice confirmation email will be sent out within 24 hours on a first come first serve basis

(4) If the items you are interested in has been listed as 'Pending', you would be placed on the waiting list. In case of possible back-orders,  we will send notification email to you. If the requested item is out of stock, we will refund your payment.







Types of payment accepted by ifave

Option 1: ibanking via POSB/DBS

Option 2: ATM transfer
Please email us a clear snap shot of your transaction receipt from the ATM as proof of transfer to our account. We will send out the parcel only after we've received the snap shot.

Option 3: Interbank transfer
Note that interbank transfer takes at least 3 working days for processing.

In case of unsuccessful payment within 24 hours (or 3 working days for Interbank transfer), item will be released to the next buyer and buyer will be listed on our dead buyer list.

For bags
For normal postage, please add $2.50 to total price, add $1.00 for additional bags
For registered postage, please add $4.90 to total price








An exchange is allowed only when the item(s) sent to you is incorrect or defected and all exchanges have to be done within 14 days after delivery of ordered items.

ifave will not be able to provide size or color exchanges or exchanges for designs.

In case of defected piece, please email us a photo and note of the defect, including your name and email address.We would require you to send the defected piece to us through registered postage*.

If there are available stock, we will send you a replacement piece via registered postage.

If there are no available stock, the paid amount will be stored as credits for future purchases or refunds will be made on a case-by-case basis.
