Products
(1) All apparels/ items available for sale on ifave, are brand new, imported or manufactured products.
(2) ifave makes every effort to display our products as accurately as possible on our site. However, the actual colours you see depend on the resolution of your monitor screen, in which ifave cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colours will be exactly the same as the colours of our products.
(3) ifave shall not be held responsible for any lost or damaged package.
(4) ifave will conduct quality checks before sending out the items. However, if you do receive a defected piece (due to stains etc), please email us at emailifave@gmail.com immediately after item is received and we will discuss on the exchange on a case by cases basis. In your email, please provide the Order Details, Picture and Description of the defects.
(5) ifave will not be able to provide size exchanges or exchanges for designs.
(6) Prices stated on ifave are non negotiable.
(7) For option 2 payment, kindly made payment within 24 hoours upon receiving the invoice.

All personal information sent to ifave will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to unrelated entities unless required by law.
